Beyond the Bees Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

     

    1. Promoter

    The promoter of this prize draw is The Pollinator Project in partnership with Wild Islands Film Collective.

     

    1. Eligibility

    – The prize draw is open to all individuals who book a ticket for or attend the “Beyond the Bees” weekend at the Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts.

    – The prize draw is open to all ages.

    – Entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when redeeming the prize.

    – Members of the organising committees of The Pollinator Project and Wild Islands Film Collective, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

     

    1. Entry Period

    – The prize draw is open during the “Beyond the Bees” event weekend on 18th and 19th April.

    – All eligible ticket holders and attendees during this period will be automatically entered.

     

    1. How to Enter

    – Entry is automatic upon booking a ticket for or attending any of the event screenings, including the free Sunday matinée.

    – Only one entry per person.

    – The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully recorded.

     

    1. The Prize

    The prize consists of:

    – Return flights for two people between Guernsey and London with Aurigny Air Services (maximum £250 per person)

    – One night’s accommodation for two people sharing at a Premier Inn or equivalent (maximum £200 total)

    – Two Transport for London Zone 1–2 travelcards (£16.60 each)

    – Return train travel between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport (maximum £52 total)

    Total prize value is capped. Any additional costs must be covered by the winner.

     

    1. Prize Conditions

    – The prize must be booked and taken on dates agreed with the promoter.

    – Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

    – The winner and their guest must travel together.

    – If the winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

    – The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    – Travel insurance is not included.

    – Any additional expenses are not included.

     

    1. Winner Selection and Notification

    – The winner will be selected at random.

    – The draw will take place on Monday 20th April.

    – The winner will be notified within 3 days.

    – If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

     

    1. Publicity

    – By entering, participants agree that their name and/or image may be used for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise.

     

    1. Data Protection

    – Personal data will only be used for administering the prize draw and will not be shared except where necessary.

     

    1. General

    – The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw if necessary.

    – The promoter’s decision is final.

    – These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey.
